As I have grown more into the one that created me, his reputation, and Love he has to give us, I am realizing he is waiting for me to want him, and his gifts. God does not force Himself upon us. and yet he is not “A Wishing Well, or a Magic Genie”.
He is real and wants to have a real relationship with us. He created us, for his pleasure
God is happy to mold us into the love that he, has for us. He will give us gifts that he pleases to give. He says in Matthew 7:7 NLT “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.” God is prepared to give us gifts that are of the supernatural, his nature, and his timing.
One of the most exciting times of my life was when I was baptized in the Cold Colorado River. It is a time, that I will always cherish. I was 58 years old and it was my first time for the Ceremonial dip . When I was raised out of that water … I reached up to the sky and this loud noise came spilling out of my mouth” Praise God”.
I was so ready to learn of his glory! It was several years later, ” that “my spirit”, “The Spirit-Man” showed me the way to the Holy Spirit. Just as God is of 3, To me, I found myself as three, a human being, the spirit- man and then the Holy Spirit… Which came upon me, as I matured in his word. The supernatural is beyond explanation. I am discovering it with every breath I take, I want to be all that he wants me to be. In John States 3:30 NLT “He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less” My desire is to think and see as Jesus sees and thinks and to be able to look in the mirror someday, and see his face smiling back at me saying; “‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more”. Matthew 25:23 NLT
